Though I've heard that it's not uncommon for nausea to return at some point during the third tri - especially late third tri. I had a return of my first trimester shower sickness in the morning... gagging in the shower... followed by a vomiting spell in the middle of the night, also a little reminiscent of first tri stuff. <BR/><BR/>But I think it's probably fine, honey.
